The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land and
Water (Division), has made a final decision on Mr. Ames' easement
application to construct a road to his Olnes West subdivision parcel.
You are being sent a copy of the decision because you submitted comments
during the public comment period. 

It is the Division's decision to not issue Mr. Ames an easement for his
proposed route which would not utilize the legal platted, dedicated road
easement or the reserved easements.  Please see the attached regional
manager's decision.
